What Our Guests Are Saying...
A fortuitous last-minute find on a busy Saturday night in Cherokee, at 40-50% the rate of the available chains. We travel a lot, so I pay attention to hotel comforts & conveniences. Great thought went into making our room comfy & FUNCTIONAL! Bed linens & pillows were of good quality - my particular hubby said the bed was great & I agree. Nightstand & bedside tables had lamps with two (each) outlets for charging. Although the doored room with tub/shower & toilet was small, outside it there's a wide faux-granite counter with sink, plenty of room for toiletries for two. Hubby (still particular) liked the upgraded shower head & hot water pressure. Other pluses: fridge, microwave, comfy lounge chair with ottoman, upgraded ergo desk chair, LG flatscreen (about 32"). Outside entry & under window HVAC unit gives it older motel vibe, but because HVAC worked perfectly & we could park at our doorstep, these turned out to be positives. The included buffet breakfast was awesome real home-cooking & the restaurant & front desk staff were friendly & helpful. We'd definitely look forward to another stay here.

I will definitely book again if I'm going to be in the area. The room was really clean. Plenty of towels and pillows. Front desk people were polite and pleasant. Breakfast buffet came with room and was delicious and plentiful. Our wait person was a sweetheart. Check in was a breeze.

Rooms were very clean, staff very friendly, full breakfast delicious! Can't say anything negative, just wish it had been walking distance to the casino, not far, but I'm disabled and couldn't or wouldn't want to walk a mile!

I need to thank all the ladies I dealt with making my husbands 50th birthday surprise a great time. Kim, Cindy & Vivi just to name a few who were so nice to us in making this a fun weekend. The place is very clean and their customer service is off the charts. We will stay there again for sure. Nothing to dislike

Everything. The hotel was so clean and confortable. The staff was exceptional. I am on a special diet and they went out of their way to help me. Their breakfast was the best. We stayed for four nights and will surely go back again.

The rooms were nice and the price was well worth the stay. Most of the places to stay in the area are way over priced. This place is very nice. Liked it all. Looking forward to staying there again on my next trip here :-)

The host Mr. Cooper was more than accommodating. The staff was very helpful and friendly. I loved the décor which had a lot of native American art. The rooms were very nice and clean. The buffet and the lady, that was mostly in charge of it, were outstanding. It was one of the best buffet's with selections, quality and price I have encountered. I fell in love with this place. Nice big pool and hot tub. This place makes you feel like part of their family.

We stayed for 5 days in June while enjoying Cherokee, Gatlinburg, Tenn., and Pigeon Forge, Tenn., and the Smokey Mountains. Beautiful motel, staff was very courteous, the room was clean and comfortable and the free breakfasts were outstanding. We would DEFINITELY stay again.

As the main webpage advertises, this is a very "charming" hotel. The decor in the main building captures the spirit of the hotels location extremely well. The staff was very friendly and couteous, the room (including the king bed) was very comfortable. I look forward to my next opportunity to stay there!
